jl01 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "T&C," or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl01 ("jl01," "we," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl01.org. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jl01, including but not limited to account creation and management, game participation, financial transactions, bonus participation, and the use of all services and features provided by jl01.

By accessing the jl01 platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any service offered by jl01, you conclusively agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on jl01.org.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl01 platform and, if you have an account, refrain from making any further deposits or placing any bets.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following defined terms shall apply:

Access to and use of jl01 is strictly conditioned upon the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of jl01. This minimum age requirement is imposed in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jl01 is committed to the prevention of underage gambling and will enforce age verification through the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any Real Money Balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

jl01 is operated for and directed at the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. jl01 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations and accepts no liability for a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Individuals who are mentally incapacitated or under legal guardianship may not register an account.

3.4 Account Limitation

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jl01 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds therein.

4.1 Registration Accuracy

When registering a jl01 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are prohibited from using false names, fictitious identities, or the identity of any third party. jl01 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during registration at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl01 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jl01 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jl01 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from any unauthorized access that occurs prior to your notification to jl01.

4.3 KYC Verification

jl01 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing cash withdrawals. You agree to provide the documentation requested as part of the KYC process, which includes a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID/SSS Card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID) and a contemporaneous selfie. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until such verification is completed.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jl01 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon account closure. Withdrawable Real Money Balances will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe following confirmation that no outstanding obligations exist on the account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl01 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider in connection with transactions to and from jl01. jl01 does not impose deposit fees unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at jl01 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to limits established by your financial institution. Players may set personal deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — through their account settings as a responsible gaming measure.

5.3 Third-Party Funding Prohibition

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. jl01 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts, whether belonging to family members, friends, or any other party. Deposits from unrecognized or third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an account investigation.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have (a) completed KYC identity verification, (b) made at least one qualifying deposit, and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds. Only the Real Money Balance portion of a Player's wallet is eligible for direct withdrawal; Bonus Balance must satisfy applicable rollover conditions before conversion to withdrawable funds.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, Philippine bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. jl01 does not accept liability for delays attributable to the Player's financial institution.

6.3 Withdrawal Account Matching

Withdrawals may only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as the jl01 account. jl01 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This restriction applies regardless of the Player's stated reason for the request.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification

jl01 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source of funds documentation and additional photo ID verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of any such verification. This process exists to protect Players and to satisfy jl01's anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by jl01 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion: (a) the standard Welcome Bonus wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount; (b) Reload Bonuses carry a 25x wagering requirement; (c) free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Balance subject to a 20x wagering requirement. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

7.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While an active Bonus Balance is present in your account and its wagering requirement is not yet fulfilled, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jl01 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine gameplay intent, the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, and any form of collusion constitute bonus abuse. jl01 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or terminate accounts where abuse is identified.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at jl01 are subject to an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress are automatically forfeited upon expiry. jl01 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original promotion.

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jl01 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed third-party providers including but not limited to JILI Games and other certified developers. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer dealing, without interference from jl01. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published in game information panels reflect the certified payout rates of each game as verified by independent testing laboratories.

8.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, communication interruption, or any other system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jl01 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable wager to the Player's account. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous game result, miscalculated payout, or system error are null and void and will not be honored. jl01 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions.

8.3 Bet Void and Cancellation

jl01 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed (a) using funds obtained through fraudulent means, (b) in breach of these Terms, (c) in connection with a known technical error, or (d) as part of a betting pattern inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling.

jl01 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling in the Philippines and operates in alignment with applicable PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it is not a means of generating income and should never be pursued as a financial strategy.

9.1 Player Controls

jl01 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed playing time at set intervals.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the jl01 platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

A Player who self-excludes from jl01 agrees that (a) they will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts, (b) jl01 will take reasonable technical measures to prevent access by self-excluded Players, and (c) self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the elected exclusion period. Players who wish to self-exclude should contact jl01 support, clearly stating their intention and their preferred exclusion duration.

9.3 Minor Protection

jl01 operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the jl01 platform or their account credentials. jl01 recommends the use of parental control software on devices accessible to minors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl01 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias or fictitious identity.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jl01.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated tool to interact with the jl01 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
5. Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing discrepancy — whether in games, odds, or bonus calculations — to gain a financial benefit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
6. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the jl01 platform.
7. Depositing or wagering funds obtained through theft, fraud, or any other unlawful means.
8. Colluding with other Players, jl01 staff, or third parties to influence game outcomes or manipulate payout structures.
9. Accessing the jl01 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
10. Reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing any jl01 software, game content, or platform infrastructure.
11. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl01 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
12. Circumventing a self-exclusion period through registration of new accounts or use of another person's account.

All content available on the jl01 platform — including but not limited to the jl01 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl01 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl01 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl01 content without express prior written consent.

Game content, including JILI Games titles and all other third-party game provider content accessible via jl01, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is licensed to jl01 for display on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the applicable game developer's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl01 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jl01 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds attributable to your own decisions in game play.
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond jl01's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Any economic loss arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jl01's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your jl01 account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

jl01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl01 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account is being used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's account has been subjected to unauthorized access or is otherwise compromised.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
• The Player has engaged in aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward jl01 staff.

In cases of account suspension for cause, jl01 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to any applicable legal holds or regulatory requirements. jl01 is not liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a direct or indirect result of an account suspension carried out in accordance with these Terms.

14.1 Player Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of jl01's services, you should contact jl01 customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute including your account details, the relevant transaction or game reference, and the nature of your complaint. jl01 undertakes to acknowledge all formally submitted complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 calendar days.

14.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by jl01's customer support team, you may request escalation to jl01's Compliance function. Complaints escalated to Compliance will be reviewed within 14 calendar days, and a final decision will be communicated in writing.

14.3 Game Round Disputes

In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a game round, jl01's server-side game logs are considered the definitive record. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on a Player's device and jl01's server records, the server records shall prevail. Game round results are final and cannot be altered after the round has concluded.

jl01 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on jl01.org prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the jl01 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jl01 and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 4.4.

The version of these Terms currently published on jl01.org constitutes the definitive and operative version of this Agreement. jl01 maintains an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which may be requested from jl01 support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of jl01 to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

jl01 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players acknowledge that jl01's regulatory obligations under Philippine law may require jl01 to take actions — including account suspension, fund holds, and information disclosure to regulatory authorities — that supersede any rights otherwise available to a Player under these Terms.
